DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
With in-house
facilities for design, using latest state-of-art equipment, [CAD/CAM/CAE]
designing function, based on customers requirement, results in immaculate
quality of components produced.
CAD/CAM/CAE
solutions are provided to the clients in components designing, which is
critical variable of cost effectiveness and customer servicing. These are
also implemented in dies, jigs, fixtures, special purpose machine tools
etc.

SIMULATION
Each component
pass through numerous tests at the stages of design, raw material procurement
and of course during the manufacturing process. Conformance to the quality
begins at shop floor, with each other worker following the quality guidelines
as laid down in the quality manual. |

CAST COMPONENTS
To cope with
the varying requirement of customers in the automobile industry, Casting
unit was set-up with complete facilities for Die casting, trimming, machining,
Shot blasting, core - making, pattern-making, painting and other relevant
operations, all under one roof. The components have a weight range from
2 Kgs up to 12 Kgs. covering Shackles, Brackets, Plates, Clamps for almost
all makes of vehicles. |

Both the Hot
and Cold forging facilities are available to manufacture various components
viz.. Wheel/ Hub bolts, Washers high Nuts, Castle nuts, Misc. bolts which
are characterised by high quality and reliability. |
MACHINED

On the strength
of its expertise in the development and manufacture of components, G.S.
has explored new horizons to provide a diverse range of machined components
like King Pin kits, Spring Pins, Axle Studs, Check Nuts, Bushes, U-Bolts,
